These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 447duit ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible athttps://447duit.cam ("Platform", "Website", "Service").

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) account on the 447duit Platform. The registration of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, contact number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated funds.

Prior to processing your first withdrawal — and at any point thereafter at our reasonable discretion — 447duit may require you to complete a KYC verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document (e.g., Malaysian MyKad or Passport), proof of residential address, and documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. 447duit supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods suited to Malaysian players, including Touch'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. Available methods, minimum and maximum transaction limits, and applicable processing times are published on the Platform's cashier page and are subject to change with reasonable notice.

Deposits are credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds by447duit's payment processing systems. 447duit does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. Before any withdrawal is approved, the User's account must have completed KYC verification. 447duit reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks for withdrawal requests that exceed prescribed thresholds or that exhibit patterns of unusual activity.

Processing times for withdrawals are estimates only. General conditions applicable to all 447duit promotions include the following:

• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time, unless the specific promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are held separately in the account balance display. Real money funds are wagered first by default unless the promotion specifies otherwise.

All bets and wagers placed on the 447duit Platform are final once confirmed. Users should review their selections carefully before submitting any wager. 447duit will not reverse, void, or otherwise alter a confirmed bet except in the limited circumstances set out in this section.

In the event of any of the following, 447duit reserves the right to declare a bet void and return the applicable stake to the User's account balance:

• A manifest technical error occurred in the odds, stake, or payout calculation at the time the bet was placed.
• The event to which the bet relates was cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or abandoned without a conclusive result.
• The game provider or data feed through which the event was offered determined the outcome to be indeterminate due to system failure.

For sports betting markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other competitions, additional sport-specific rules govern the settlement of markets in cases such as player retirements, referee decisions, or officiating errors. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, referal to relevant law enforcement or regulatory bodies:

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No User may reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, transmit, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written authorisation of 447duit.

The 447duit name and logo are registered trademarks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any form — including in domain names, social media accounts, promotional materials, or third-party websites — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 447duit, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winings, loss of data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

Without limiting the foregoing, 447duit shall not be liable for losses resulting from:

• Platform downtime, technical failures, or interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, payment network failures, force majeure events, or third-party system failures.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network.
• Errors in sporting data feeds or live event results caused by third-party data providers.
• The User's failure to comply with these Terms, including failure to complete KYC verification in a timely manner.
• Losses arising from the User's decision to wager funds on the Platform, which constitutes an informed and voluntary activity undertaken at the User's own risk.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, 447duit's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

447duit reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its reasonable discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• At the request of a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or payment provider.
• Where continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 447duit.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach, 447duit will return the verified real-money balance to the User via the most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon account closure.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their 447duit account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat. The closure request will be processed within three (3) business days. Any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be voided upon closure, and bonus funds will be removed.

447duit reserves the right to amend, update, or revise these Terms at any time. Minor amendments, including corrections to typographical errors, reformatting, or clarifications that do not alter the substantive rights or obligations of Users, may be made without prior notification. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 447duit is incorporated and licensed. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to 447duit's internal dispute resolution team for review.

In the first instance, disputes should be submitted in writing to 447duit's support team via live chat or the contact email provided on this page. 447duit will acknowledge the dispute within three (3) business days and endeavour to provide a substantive response within fifteen (15) business days of receiving all relevant information from the User.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes, Users may escalate the matter to the relevant licensing or regulatory authority under whose jurisdiction 447duit operates. Details of the applicable regulatory body are available on request from the support team.
